Meningitis Outbreak Kent: Vaccination Update

Following a high volume of calls, here is a quick guide to Meningitis Vaccinations.  

MenB: Routine for all children under 2years (2 doses) ONLY

MenACWY: Given in school for children 14-15years.  Anyone under 25years who has not had this vaccine remains eligible.  You may contact the surgery if you feel this applies to you.  Unfortunately you are not eligible if you are over 25years.

Private: Some local pharmacies may offer private options.
